AeroNav INS is an advanced device for mission navigation and camera control based on a dual c/a coded L1 GNSS receivers with integrated IMU that support refresh rates of 10 Hz and precise attitude measurements. The use of GPS, Glonass, BeiDou and Galileo makes this device an extreme robust positioning and navigation system.
This enables precise navigation for accurate aerial imaging and initialisation of the images with x, y, Z and Omega, Phi, Kappa angles. AeroNav INS is a highly compact system including all the basic features needed for navigation guidance and measurement of X,Y,Z projection centers and attitude that can support also EXIF information for the camera.
A bi-directional RS232 communication with AeroTopoL FMS supports camera trigger and camera event management:
